With an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, Mr. Podgorski has spent more than twenty years advising multinational corporations on market and media strategy. His portfolio of advisory work includes Fortune 500 brands such as Coca-Cola, Danone, T-Mobile, Toshiba, Suzuki, HP, and Siemens. Today, this capability to direct complex technology ventures and cross-functional teams directly supports Spring4ever's strategic objectives.

As a Co-Founder of Camo Code, he is the lead enterprise architect behind the robust CALMEAN infrastructure.
In this capacity, he specializes in designing large-scale AWS cloud architectures that seamlessly integrate mobile applications with dedicated hardware and precise location services. Mr. Koszut holds dual Master's degrees in Software Engineering and Management from the Warsaw University of Technology and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. This combined foundation in advanced system architecture and strategic management supports the secure, scalable cloud environment necessary to support Spring4ever's global operations.
Tomasz Matoszka: Strategic Technology & Connected Devices Advisor
Serving as a Strategic Technology & Connected Devices Advisor, Tomasz Matoszka brings over twenty years of experience in software engineering, telecommunications, mobile technologies, and connected-device solutions to the board. He currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Camo Code and is the co-creator of the CALMEAN ecosystem, a platform combining senior care wearables, location-enabled devices, mobile applications, and monitoring services.
Prior to his current ventures, he held senior technology roles at Digital Virgo, including IT Director, where he managed large-scale technological operations and software development teams. With a degree in Software and Information Systems Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, Mr. Matoszka specializes in bridging complex IoT hardware with scalable digital platforms and mobile solutions. Today, his deep technical and product expertise supports Spring4ever in making informed decisions around hardware-software integration, connected-device architecture, service reliability, and the development of senior safety solutions at scale.
Andrey Matveev: Strategic Advisor & Business Development Director
Andrey Matveev is a Swiss entrepreneur and investor specializing in business development and scaling ventures across the technology, infrastructure, and health sectors. Supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the IFM Business School in Geneva, he brings a highly strategic, global perspective to corporate growth. His professional approach is heavily influenced by his background as a competitive ITF tennis player. After training at the elite IMG Academy in the United States and competing in major American tournaments such as the Eddie Herr and Orange Bowl, he continues to play at a high level, representing TC Bonmont in Switzerland's National League A. Today, he translates the rigorous discipline, focus, and composure honed on the court into building resilient business operations, while his deep-rooted ties to the Swiss and global elite sporting community enrich his extensive professional network.
